Brownstone Restaurant is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Connie & Dale Decaire. Dale trained under Bruno Marti of La Belle Auberge in Ladner and Marti's influence is strongly felt in the very skilfully prepared dishes which feature international influences on the freshest of local ingredients.
